Berry Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen berries

  • 1 cup plain kefir (all supermarkets stock it)

  • 1/2 medium banana

  • 2 tsps nut butter i.e. almond, cashew, decent peanut butter

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth!
