My SuperPower Cinnamon & Apple Flax Porridge


  • 40/50g porridge oats

  • 300ml semi-skimmed milk

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 apple grated

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds (I use: Linwoods milled flax, chia seeds, Apple & cinnamon)

  • 1 tablespoon greek yogurt

  • Chopped fresh fruit & Tablespoon of nuts to top off


1) Cook oats either in a microwave or saucepan if at home

2) Add the grated apple, cinnamon and flax seeds

3) Simmer for 5 mins and serve
