My SuperPower Cinnamon & Apple Flax Porridge
Ingredients

40/50g porridge oats
-
300ml semi-skimmed milk
-
1 teaspoon cinnamon
-
1/2 apple grated
-
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
-
1 teaspoon flax seeds (I use: Linwoods milled flax, chia seeds, Apple & cinnamon)
-
1 tablespoon greek yogurt
-
Chopped fresh fruit & Tablespoon of nuts to top off
Method
1) Cook oats either in a microwave or saucepan if at home
2) Add the grated apple, cinnamon and flax seeds
3) Simmer for 5 mins and serve
